CAMP NA WYDMIE REGULATIONS
  1. The camping day lasts from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon the following day.
  2. Check-in at the field from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (reception closes 8:00 p.m.)
  3. The location of the camping site/pitch is always indicated by the reception employee.
  4. If a guest does not show up for their reservation after 8:00 PM on the day of arrival, it will be cancelled.
  5. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  6. Nighttime silence is in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  7. When resting, we care for our own peace and that of others. Organizing parties, playing loud music, and engaging in other disruptive activities is prohibited, including during the day, i.e., outside of curfew hours.
  8. It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher in your vehicle or vehicle combination. It is recommended to place one outside the entrance to your trailer or camper.
  9. The playground is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Children must be supervised by an adult while on the playground. Bicycles and scooters are permitted only on designated paths; riding on the lots or pedestrian paths is prohibited.
  10. Those arriving at the campsite are required to complete registration formalities at the reception and settle the amount due for the declared duration of stay during check-in, before entering the designated area.
  11. Extending your stay is only possible after checking availability at the reception desk for the following days and paying the additional fee.
  12. Persons not registered at the campsite may stay on its premises after prior arrangement with the reception, but no later than 10 p.m.
  13. For the safety of campsite guests, the entrance gate is closed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Entry/exit to the campsite is prohibited after 10:00 PM, except in situations where health or safety are at risk.
  14. Persons traveling within the campsite by vehicle are required to exercise particular caution and reduce their speed to 10 km/h.
  15. Pets are allowed on the campsite; owners must have a current vaccination certificate and, in the case of dogs, a muzzle and leash. Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the campsite without an attendant. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  16. Before leaving the campsite, guests are obliged to clean up and leave the place where they stayed in an undamaged condition.
  17. Vehicles/trailers may park on the lot ONLY in designated areas, using paved ramps marked on the map. Violation of this prohibition and damage to the lot will result in a one-time fee of PLN 500.
  18. Waste segregation is mandatory on the campsite.
  19. The campsite guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the campsite's equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or the fault of people visiting him or her.
  20. The campsite may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the campsite regulations or otherwise disturbed the peace of the guests' stay or the operation of the campsite.
  21. The campsite staff (service) may ask a person whose behaviour disturbs the peace or endangers the safety of other people staying at the campsite to leave the campsite.
  22. It is prohibited to:
    - washing dishes and emptying camping toilets in places not designated for this purpose,
    - bathing animals in sanitary facilities, bringing animals into sanitary facilities,
    - washing vehicles and caravans on the camping site,
    - hanging laundry lines between trees,
    - charging electric vehicles outside the designated area,
  23. The campsite is not responsible for items left without proper care.
  24. Connection to and disconnection from the electrical system (electrical box) must be performed only by authorized campsite staff. Power connections are protected by 6A at the campsite, 10A in the CAMP Zone, and 10A (ampere) (max. load 2200 Watts) or 16A (max. load 3500 Watts). Guests wishing to connect to the power must bring their own extension cord with a minimum cross-section of 3x1.5 mm². Extension cords must not be "pieced" (except for professional plug covers) or in poor condition. Wrapping plugs in plastic nets or bags is prohibited. Thinner wires and two-core cables (without grounding) will not be accepted. The recommended extension cord length is no longer than 25m.
  25. Anyone staying on the premises of the centre must comply with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, and in particular it is prohibited to:
    - lighting a fire,
    - using open fire,
    - use and handling of sports weapons and pneumatic weapons - air rifles.
    - the use of gas grills is allowed.
  26. Persons using vulgar words and not complying with the above regulations will be asked to leave without refund for the unused stay.
  27. The campsite owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property.
  28. The Guest is obliged to comply with all provisions of these Regulations.
    If a guest is found to be violating the prohibitions set forth in these Regulations, the campsite owner may refuse further stay at the campsite. In exceptional cases or in cases of aggression from guests, the police may intervene.

  30. All other matters not covered by these regulations should be agreed upon with the owner of the field on a case-by-case basis.
  31. Anyone who, without the knowledge and consent of the field operator, provides electricity to persons who have not purchased the energy may be expelled by the field owner without a refund of the fee for the unused stay.
